What do I get with each plan?
Every plan includes the full HolyQA feature set: YouTube processing, website indexing, custom branding, AI personality customization, and all embed options. Plans differ only in sermon library capacity (300 / 1,000 / 2,500 sermons) and monthly Q&A Credits. The Scale plan also includes white-label branding and custom domain support.
What counts as a "sermon"?
Each piece of content you upload counts as one sermon: a YouTube video, audio file, PDF document, or text file. Your plan limit is the total number of content items in your library, regardless of length or format.
How do Q&A Credits work?
Each Q&A Credit allows one interaction with your church's AI assistant. This includes both asking AI questions and using the sermon search feature to find relevant content by topic. Both modes consume 1 credit per interaction. Your monthly allocation resets each billing cycle, and you can purchase additional credits if needed.
What is Sermon Search?
Users enter keywords or topics and receive a ranked list of matching sermon segments with relevance scores. They can then explore the content themselves rather than getting an AI-generated summary.
Can I add more capacity without upgrading?
Yes. The Sermon Boost add-on adds 200 sermon slots to your library for $25/month. You can purchase multiple boosts if needed. This lets you expand capacity without changing your base plan.
What is the White-Label add-on?
The White-Label add-on ($25/month) removes "Powered by HolyQA" branding and enables custom domain support (e.g., ai.yourchurch.com). It's included free with the Scale plan, or available as an add-on for Starter and Growth plans.
What's the difference between Widget, Iframe, and Full Page?
Widget: A small chat bubble on your website.
Iframe: A larger section embedded on any page.
Full Page: A standalone page you can link to.
All three options are included with every plan.
How does YouTube processing work?
Paste a video or playlist link, and HolyQA automatically extracts the audio, transcribes it, and makes it searchable. Connected playlists and channels retrieve new videos weekly to provide up-to-date content to your AI. YouTube processing is included on all plans.
What are citations and why do they matter?
Citations show which sermon and timestamp an answer came from (e.g., sermon title and time marker). This builds trust and lets staff and visitors review the original teaching. All plans include advanced citations with clickable timestamps.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing adjusts automatically. Downgrades require your sermon count to fit within the new plan's limit.
How hard is setup? Does it work with our website builder?
Most churches add HolyQA by pasting a small code snippet into their website builder or linking to the Full Page version. No developer required for typical setups. Works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and custom sites.
How are answers kept doctrinally accurate?
Answers come exclusively from your church's sermons and approved content—not the open internet. Each answer includes citations so you can verify the source and maintain confidence in what's shared with your congregation.
